Features:

1. The machine tool adopts a closed gantry layout, a left-right symmetrical structure, high rigidity and good accuracy retention.

2. The main shaft of the machine tool is driven by a DC motor, with two-speed mechanical stepless speed regulation, hydraulically controlled automatic speed change, and a mechanical lock for the speed change. The gears in the spindle box adopt quenching and grinding technology, which ensures smooth transmission and high reliability.

3. The axial support of the workbench adopts static pressure guide rails, which have large bearing capacity and good vibration resistance. The workbench is equipped with a static pressure oil film preload bearing, which can improve the stiffness of the oil film. The hydrostatic guide rail surface is equipped with an oil film thickness measuring device, which can well protect the workbench guide rail.

4. The spindle center is equipped with an encoder, which has thread turning and constant linear speed cutting functions.

5. The moving axis of the tool post adopts a wear-reducing guide rail pair to improve the vibration resistance and position accuracy of the machine tool, and the guide rail accuracy is maintained well.
