Sintering Pallet consists of pallet car body, wheels, sealing device, grate, block board and insulation pad.

Main Features:
Arch shaped insulation pads, with steps at the four corners, are covered between the grate and upper part of pallet car which is equipped with wheels. Two sealing devices are amounted symmetrically at both ends of lower part of pallet car. This new model of pallet car overcomes the defects of heat deformation at under-beam of sintering pallet car body and inconvenient repairing of the sealing device. It has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, large usage area and convenient maintenance.
