Deputy Mayor Leng Xuefeng listened to the report of Dr. Ma Shujun in details and learned about the difficulties and problems faced by foreign trade enterprises under the current complex international economic and political situation. In response to these problems and difficulties, Deputy Mayor Leng Xuefeng worked on the spot and proposed solutions and plans one by one to help CIMM solve the problems; at the same time, he expressed that he would coordinate relevant central enterprises and state-owned enterprises to cooperate with CIMM Group to jointly undertake large overseas engineering projects.
Deputy Mayor Leng Xuefeng emphasized that various government departments have been working continuously to optimize the business environment, and briefly introduced some of the latest policies to benefit enterprises. He hopes that enterprises would make full use of governmental policies to promote rapid development of enterprises and contribute more to Dalian's economic growth, especially foreign trade export development.
